So are bought on an $180 light from northern tools I've never been to northern told I'm new in town and they give me a used light missing pieces and when I take you back to am I asked to speak to the manager and he tells me it happens all the time I didn't know northern tools sells used tools I'm confused is is this happen anybody else or is it just me
