I was in the store to buy my husband a birthday gift, I had a nice young man help me. His name was Roger, he helped me so much because I have no idea on any kind of tools. Told him what my husband had, so he asked me if my husband needed something for home use or shop use, I ended up buying a generator took it home and my husband couldn’t believe how in the world I knew what he needed. Thank you Roger for being so helpful and so nice! I left feeling like I am gonna return to Northern Tools because of Roger, being full of knowledge and so professional.

I have shopped at NT for many years. I was thrilled when a store was established in Abilene TX. The store staff is always helpful and courteous. I must attribute this fact to the Store Manager with whom I have had the pleasure of working with making several purchases.

Mia and Jay were very helpful. Very knowledgeable about store and products. We purchased a generator and they even help load it up!

Great Sales Staff and Repair Center! Store is Big, always Clean and items in stock! I have been to the store itself multipul times as well as order online for delivery! Highly recommend this store and Northern Tools and its Products!

Northern Tool tools are mainly made in Taiwan not in China. If you haven't noticed the tools made in Taiwan are a lot better than the junk made in China. Taiwan has similar quality control as the Japanese.

Exelent shopping experience. Well kept and organized store. Knolagable staff with great attitudes toward customer service. Not to mention the name brands they sell like Ingersoll Rand, Milwakee and Dewalt. If you need tools or parts or service it is your best bet.

Took a spot sprayer pump back less than a year old (2 year) warranty. Would not do a in-store exchange. I could purchase a new pump and wait for week Or so for the refund or I could do a straight refund which I had to wait for the money. Due to not having the cc account open from the original purchase the had to cut a check which I am supposed to get in a week or so. Either way I have to wait a week or so for less than 60 dollars. I will be going to Tractor Supply for the new pump.

Management is top notch, The staff is always professional, courteous, very helpful and knowledgeable of the products.

However, Abilene NEEDS A BIGGER STORE to stock more items,
