my first time at northern tool and needless to say I was impressed. I walked in and was instantly greeted. It didn’t take long for a sales rep to ask me if I need any help Gary was very helpful locating the tools I needed and Ray made check out a breeze. I will be back and recommend this store to my friends and family.

Abilene store is a really good store!! Employees are really helpful when you need assistance!! Abilene needed this store!! I wish the San Angelo had a Northern Tool store as well! These communities need these stores!

I called in and spoke with Gary and he checked on some parts I was looking for. He mentioned that they had a shipment just come in and would be more than happy to call me once they had determined whether what I needed was included in the shipment. He did call me later and I was able to secure exactly what I wanted. I really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Great customer service!! I went in looking for a Milwaukee impact. They didn't have in stock , but had no problem ordering it and got free delivery. Mia the cashier was very efficient and friendly.

Very friendly staff. Store is loaded with all a guy could want or need. Staff practices social distancing and are masked at all times. I feel very safe shopping there in person but do most of my ordering online and in store pickup.

Friendly service, the staff was on top of things. I was asked if I needed help within 2 minutes of walking in. I was looking for a specific blade they didn't have, but the guy looked it up on the computer and no one in Abilene had one. Saved me time

Wow! Great store, but even more important great staff! Friendly & ready to answer questions, they were SO HELPFUL to make my trip a quick one!
What's even better is the woek they do in the community helping with Operation Heat Our Homes to get safe heaters to those in the community who can't afford them. Amazing!
They check out person even told me they'll do curbside deliverypick up for me if I don't want to come inside because of COVID.
