A good 3.5 store. The store is big and has lots of in stock items. They offer great brands as well. Dewalt, stihl just to mention a few. They have it all from gas tanks, water tanks, water sprayers and more. Very helpful place and a variety to choice from. They also have a little window for parts or for small motor servicing that's a plus bring in any small motor appliance to be looked at. They offer free estimates and seem to use great parts.

Northern Tool offers very good coupons and sales on unique, functional, high-quality products. I purchased an adjustable stool at a great price that is absolutely perfect for playing the string bass. I just ordered a table for setting up recording gear, and it was the best price that I found on a high-quality, lightweight, portable table. And the staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly.

Pretty good store, lots of things to choose from, also work clothes and boots, and you get a huge discount for applying for a credit card. Interest rate is pretty low. And tools out the wazoo!

Store is well organized and well kept, staff is friendly in general and there are a couple of very helpful and knowledgeable staff members. I believe her name is Kathy at checkout - super friendly and patient, excellent shopping experience.

Love the actual store, however the service department worker Terry is very rude. This man has an attitude with every word he speaks. It shows that he shouldn't be dealing with customers at all.

Lots of accessories for tools out-of-stock. Some items (basic) not available except for delivery to home.

Recently I purchased two portable generators from Northern Tool & Equipment in Abilene, my home town. The Northern Tool employees were courteous and helpful, and answered all of my questions about the generators. Also, because the generators were large and heavy, I needed to have them delivered. The Northern Tool management was exceptionally helpful and had the generators delivered to my home the very same day. Outstanding service!! I plan on purchasing more items from Northern Tool, and I recommend it very, very highly.

I’ve ordered tools online a few times when I picked them up curbside I didn’t have to wait long for a nice and courteous person to bring my things out

Purchased a North Star 15000 watt generator ( model # 165607 AF). Havn't got to test it yet but seems to be a very well built generator. I ordered it from the store in Abilene TX. Can't say enough about the staff there. Absolutely perfect service, extremely friendly, extremly helpful. Went above and beyond to see that my experience was perfect. Would highly recommend this store.
