Our newer HVAC unit was not cooling. Tanner came out the next morning and fixed our unit that was covered under warranty and we’re back in business again. Highly recommend this company. Very responsive and professional.

I messaged them around 845/9 at night due to having no ac & house was above 80 degrees. We have a baby and 6 year old so there’s no way we were comfortable with waiting to see if it would get better during the night. They were at our house within an hour. Super thankful for a simple fix and super thankful for their fast response! Highly recommend.

I recently bought an old house that needed updated hvac duct work and vent repair. I “interviewed” about 5-6 different companies before I chose Right Time HVAC. Gage, the owner of the company, came to my house and gave me an estimate. His estimate was very fair, but what sold me on choosing his company was the customer care. It’s evident Gage’s influence has a trickle down affect because his entire team was hardworking, honest and genuinely cares about the customer. I’ll for sure be using them for any future HVAC needs and am thrilled I found a company that stands behind their work.

We had another company come out last week to figure out why our upstairs A/C unit was not working. They charged us $65 for the visit and a $20 fuel surcharge fee. I was really upset about that fuel fee since we were only 7 miles from them, but then our AC had the same issue 4 days later. The owner of that other “Plus” company decided not to warranty his work and told us to find another company to work with 😳

Right Time HVAC came to the rescue. They actually got under our house and found the root problem, fixed us up Right this time, and did NOT charge the outrageous Fuel surcharge.

My family plans to enroll in their Annual Service Plan to get complete service twice a year to ensure our AC System gets routine maintenance on a schedule that we don’t have to worry about.

I called because I have been having issues with my heat not working, Gage answered the first time I called and was at my house in less than 2 hours. He was very thorough and went through the entire unit. I would definitely use them for all my AC and heating needs from now on.

Now I know why they receive 5 stars... Gage arrived on time and was able to diagnose and repair my AC unit and I couldn't be more pleased. He was professional and knowledgeable and replaced the switch and repaired another small issue I had. It works perfectly and I will be referring him to friends/neighbors that need any work done... Five Stars all the way around.

Tanner and his work partner were very professional and customer service oriented in their visit today. Over the 6.5 hours to install the ductless mini-split unit for our porch, the communication was continuous and professional. Clean up was complete afterwards. Right Time HVAC installed a heat pump at my previous home in East Nashville which led us to select them for the mini-split in our current home. We would highly recommend Right Time HVAC for your heating/cooling installs, service, and maintenance.
10/23/22: Mini-duct system was not working properly with the colder weather. Tanner responded quickly and came out the next to fix the part, which has been working great ever since. Highly recommend Right Time for your HVAC services and needs.

This company is amazing! We found them last minute on a Saturday and they went above and beyond to help us. Tanner was so friendly and got both jobs done in record timing. We will definitely be using Right Time in the future for our HVAC needs!!
