One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

We used Ben Franklin for our plumbing needs. Tanner and Isaiah were very nice and professional. They did a great job. I was impressed with how quickly company responded.

Denver & Diago came out to service our A/C and crawl space dehumidifier. They were on time, knowledgeable, friendly, and completed the work in a timely manner. My wife & I would highly recommend these two technicians as well as One Hour H/C too our family and friends.

This call was for a plumbing issue (Ben Franklin part of the company). Shane, the technician who came on a weekend service call, was excellent, explained the issue and what needed to be done, and performed the repair efficiently. We hope the next time we need someone for a plumbing issue that Shane will be the technician for it as well!

The guys came out early Wednesday morning to replace my ductwork and they stayed under my house until nearly 6 o'clock that evening to get the job done. They were very courteous and professional and did everything I asked them to do. Jacob Burgess did an excellent job on my return service call.

He was very discreet and whatever I asked him he knew the answers and was in the end he was RIGHT.

Our heat went out on a 30ish degree day. We desperately called several places. A neighbor suggested Mick at One Hour, and they were able to come out almost immediately (several hours later, and we’ve still not even heard back from the other places). Jacob was our technician and he was so professional and thorough. We needed a new motor, which he was able to find in stock in town. He went and picked it up and came right back and got it installed, along with several other maintenance issues he was able to resolve same day. He truly went above and beyond! I will 100% recommend them to anyone!

My toilet had stopped up and was coming up into the tub! Came out within 2 hours. Got the problem solved. Very professional and courteous. I have used them many times for electrical and plumbing problems as well as heat and air! Will definitely use them again! Thank you Tanner!
