Replaced broken pipe and cleaned blocked debris to sewer line.
This was done in a timely manner and I appreciate the expertise in solving my problem. I am very pleased with the work Richard did for me and will recommend him and your company to my friends and family!

The tech who has visit my home (twice now) has not treated my home or my belongings with any respect. During both visits, he has not bothered to close my back door, leaving it wide open for pests to come in and my pets to escape. He also ruined my outdoor hose (which he never mentioned needing to use) and stole my sprayer nozzle. I have contacted customer service now 4 times and they have done nothing to address the problem. This company is disrespectful and does not care about their technicians stealing from clients’ homes.

This was a really nice experance. They have great customer service. I asked them to make some changes to better accommodate my mother-in-law. They came and made the changes without any hassle. They do strive to make things 100 percent
And have their customers happy.

I agreed to placement of a micro power guard to help with a smell coming from AC vents. I agreed to the placement because the technician stated we could get our money back if the filter did not work. His exact words were, ‘full money back guarantee.’ Well, the filter has not helped and we are asking for the filter to be removed and our money back and they won’t do as they said. These people are crooks. Buyer be aware! I am also going to report to better business bureau

This is the first time I have used this company, I found them on the web and I am actually blown away on how fast the dispatch went out. As for the rate for a weekend not bad at all, and the best part is that I didn't have to wait long for a call assuring me a quote for my unit replacement. I am very impressed with One Hour Heating and Air!!!

we have used this company, with excellent service, for over a decade...however, had some issues with the latest service---the installation of a new unit. first of all, the call center did not send a text or make a phone call to let me know installation team was on the way...secondly, the installation team apparently cut a hole in the refrigerant line and a second person had to come and repair it and set up the thermostat. Upon arrival he finally figured out the installation team crossed wires at the HVAC and at the thermostat. He worked hard and for about 3 hours getting everything to work properly and did a wonderful job. Kudos to the serviceman last on the scene (Shannon I think was his name). He deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication to satisfying the customer.

Hunter did an excellent job servicing our three HVAC units. He was super nice and even offered to take out my garbage after he finished up. We have had great experiences with everyone at One Hour Air. They get two thumbs up from me!!

I have nothing but positive things to say about One Hour Heating and Air Repair. Their customer service is excellent and that is very hard to find these days!

Koby came and service checked my HVAC. He impressed me so much that I signed up for their "One Hour Comfort Club" and decided to get my plumbing repairs with this same company.
Tanner and Michael came and replumbed my entire house.
They kept me informed of what they were doing and stayed on track. They did an excellent job.
My only regret was they weren't family I could see again and again!
