Generator issue. Overall, techs did good. Two visits. 1st to assess problem, second to remove unit to remedy the problem at service location. Unable to repair on sight. Thanks for follow -up.

From the initial call to One Hour H&AC, to Cody the sales rep who came to our home to give us an estimate, then to the 2 installers Tim and Brandon who actually showed up 30 min earlier today, everything was flawless. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. They finished the job faster than anticipated. We are so grateful we have properly working AC unit now. Service technician, Samantha, was pleasant and professional. She found the source of the problem I was having with my heat and explained it thoroughly. She made arrangements for repairs to be done. I am very satisfied with this service call and the technician. Daniel and the technician who came with him did a good job repairing my unit, explaining what the problem was and how they repaired it. They made sure everything was working correctly before they left. Excellent technicians and service.

I used Benjamin Franklin Pluming In Cookeville TN. We had a leak in our water line in the basement on a Saturday morning. I was given a arrival time over the phone of between 2-5pm. but we were pleasantly surprised that our technician arrived only about an hour or so after we made our service call, He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done quickly and we were going again worry free. It was pretty expensive for what was done I think, but it was a Saturday call and I they were out here promptly and got the job done, so I am overall very pleased with them and will use them again in the future.

Nashville One Hour location: in spite of having had a good experience with them last year, the technicians have changed and this fall we were clearly ripped off. Heat went out, technician spent 5 hours replacing a transformer and connector: $977. The new transformer fried again immediately and he wanted another $1200 to replace the wiring. Instead, we called another company who replaced the wiring and new transformer (which had blown because the OneHour guy had misdiagnosed the problem) for $325 total. $2177 v. $325 hmmmm. One Hour mgmt did not respond to multiple emails. 0 satisfaction.

The One Hour crew arrived on time, was courteous and professional. Looked at where they would be working and explained everything then got to work. Had everything replaced and back working sooner then expected.

The technician was on time and fixed the issue quickly and professionally.
