Charged for a repair that was not completed, without providing either quote or receipt.

When my wife called to resolve, she was passed around and told no one could help her.

It was a plumbing checkup. Michael was very helpful and cleaned out one bathroom faucet trap which was slow.
I asked and he showed me where the water cut off is for my
whole house. Helpful should I need that in the future. Thank you for helping me take care of my house maintenance.

Kevin did our HVAC and heat pump inspection today. He spent a great deal of time checking everything and testing it. He was very thorough and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We felt he went the extra mile to ensure our systems were in perfect running order. Very pleased!

One Hour installed a new AC/Heating unit for us just a few years ago, offering an excellent maintenance plan. They come and thoroughly check out our system every six months. They also clean everything inside and around the unit. The professionals who come are very pleasant and offer helpful advice in keeping the system running smoothly.

Purchased a new unit last summer within a couple months one hour came out after serval calls the unit was constantly running and replaced it now this summer same problem unit runs all day will not cool to 72 degrees during the day we are not happy with one hour always a new tech and a different tech the unit we got was a natural gas it took them over a year to send somebody out to paint the gas lines buyers beware of this company

The tech was very thorough and informative. Also, the tech was the first female tech I had ever seen doing this type of work. She did a good job and was very professional and, as stated before, very informative.

The service person was very personable and professional. He did a thorough cleaning system checkup. I would recommend this company for your HVAC system maintenance.
