The Maynard Man is great, a guy named Kody came out to do preventative maintenance on our HVACs and couldn’t be happier. He was very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Jeff at Maynard was Great! He helped us troubleshoot some cooling issues we were having and Walked us through several different options and the cost associated. And no way did he ever push us to purchase anything we didn’t need which was so appreciated. He did a great job with the install and I think it’s going to solve our problem.

I've been using Maynard for my residential HVAC since November 2018. They did a package unit install with zone control and I've been super happy with it. When things have gone wrong they've been prompt, polite, and professional. All of their staff are excellent, from their dispatchers to their techs.

I'm super happy with my decision to go with Maynard and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Found out quickly what problem was...supply line bad (which we suspected). He installed new cut off valves for us as we requested and new faucets we had already purchased. In and out with no hassle.

I had an amazing experience with Maynard and in particular working with Bo. They were able to come out quickly, kept me up to date with when someone would arrive. Bo quickly assessed the issues and explained everything to me. He fixed the problem quickly and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using Maynard again as I have never had such a wonderful and positive experience.

I am so pleased with the way my service with Maynard went. First, I called the weekend emergency line - they told me to call first thing Monday, I did, and a tech was out within an hour. Amazing. My issue wasn't able to be diagnosed until the freezer thawed - so - later that day the tech came back. Needed a 3rd and 4th trip to finally nail it down (not the tech fault.). and Afterward - all fixed! Lizzie, my tech, was fantastic, and Gina the office was a wonderful person to talk to. They were both polite, prompt, professional, and I'll be full expecting to call them with all my needs. Can't recommend them enough!

Excellent communications concerning the dispatch. Informative technician explained and resolved the issue. Will use Maynard next time there is a need for AC repair.
