I had Maynard Man replace all of the water lines in my basement as well as from the street to my house. During the process of installing the water line from the street to my house they tore out a drainage line that my front gutters ran to, which took the water to my driveway. Instead of reconnecting the drainage line, they just buried the end of the downspout, which means the terminus of the downspout was run to my foundation. Fast forward 12 months later, every single rain, small or big has resulted in significant water pentation through my foundation. I've had significant foundation deterioration from all of the water draining straight to my foundation. I tried troubleshooting and it took finally dug up my bushes and landscaping to unearth the drain line to find this out. I’ve had several foundation companies out and was quoted roughly $8000 for fixes. I've called a number of times with no response. I am certain this has led to thousands of dollars of damage to my foundation.

These guys were amazing. Dan and Clint worked so hard all week on this huge job. They were always pleasant and even took a moment to pet my old dog that was always in their way. Brien was very helpful with the estimate and getting me in the schedule. 100% would recommend these guys.

I was very satisfied with the timing and how quickly Maynard showed up to look at my AC. However, I was not happy with one of the guys who came to install. He did not show up to the until 4 and half later than the other guys. When I asked him a question, he was very rude and dismissive to me.

Very honest and professional. Tech was great. Apparently something wasn’t installed properly two years ago when my new unit was replaced and Maynard is honoring the contract to fix it. Very happy with their service.

I pay for a home warranty through advanced home shield. I made a claim for a main line stoppage, and couldn’t get a plumber out to my house for more than 24hrs. I called Maynard and had a plumber at my house within two hours! Great service, very professional, I will continue to give them my business.

We thought it was something wrong with the pipes in the house b/c anytime any faucet ran or toilet was flushed we'd here a squealing sound on the upstairs bathroom. I love that they sent a picture of the technician before he arrived. Daniel figured out the issue super quick! I was amazed as we had been hearing the squealing sound for quite a while. It was the toilet in the upstairs bathroom. Once the property owner approved Daniel got right to work. He was courteous, diligent and quick!! I will definitely recommend Maynard to friends and family! 10/10 definitely will recommend!

James was most pleasant to deal with. I enjoyed talking with him. He explained what my issue was. Very polite and understanding.

Our AC system died on July 4th weekend. Our friend recommended Maynard and I called them on a Saturday. First off, a person answered the phone. That's worth four stars in my book. The technician called me back in minutes. We knew we needed a new unit. They made arrangements to get us a unit installed the first day after the weekend. The technicians could not get to us until 8pm, as they had other installs all day. However, they had great attitudes and work into the night to get our house cooling again! Everyone I dealt with at Maynards was courteous and professional. I will tell everyone to call Maynards!
