The service technician Justin arrived within the hour of my call to the office. He was professional courteous and skilled at his job. I would recommend this company based on this experience.

Brian was a great guy. Friendly, professional and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

I had someone come out and quote me $372 for a declog. I called Maynard instead and they were so friendly, came out immediately, fixed it in ten minutes, and charged $93.

Brian did a great job: he showed up on time, did his best to fix my old disposal, and made the effort to show me why it couldn’t be repaired. He installed a new disposal in record time!

Up charged us for routine maintenance but only showed up once for HVAC and once for plumbing.
On the plumbing visit they found things that needed repaired at a price of $2000 or something. They only finished half of the job and said the other half was too complicated for them to fix and we'd have to figure out how to fix it ourselves. They still charged us full price for that job.
Then this past week they call to do HVAC work and I ask if it will cost money because we had the subscription. The sales lady says this part of my subscription but she intentionally mislead me about the cost because today they show up and ask for $69 AFTER the inspection was done on two units that are 4 months old.

I was almost ran off the road by an employee … speeding …I had 2 infants in my back seat he tried twice to run me outta the lane I occupied..to bully his way through to get to the off ramp from gallatin pike in hendersonville Tn to get to the gallatin ramp going towards gallatin Tn my back still hurts from slamming on my brakes kids weren’t hurt I called an the place and still no response ..I did take a photo.this happened at 11:00am on Wednesday june 30th 2021

Donnie found the problem very quick. He returned to Nashville and got the part that was needed. He done a great job. My only complaint is the service provided was priced way to high.

The Maynard men were simply wonderful to work with! Derrick came out immediately to give us a quote for a new furnace, then PJ came out and installed it in no time! Great prices and friendly staff. Will definitely use again!

Love the Maynard folks. One of the things I appreciate is when they answer the phone they say...how can I make you smile today. Which upok hearing that, no matter what the issue, tells me they are already in the mindset to help me. I always appreciate how they never push extra services to get extra money and only do what is necessary. Appreciate their transparency always.

Where do i start, told us the job would take 3-4 days on account of the rocks. 6 weeks later, here we are still not done. I have to call for them to show up, found out they didn't pull the permit before starting the job, they cut the septic line from the septic tank but didn't finish connecting the pipes to the sewer tap, we didnt know so we were still showering, do laundry and using the bathroom so everything was going into the ditch. Messed up our driveway (which they said they are not fixing now), messed up our trees, the side of our house and our water meter. They are very inexperienced, no communication, unorganized and no sense of urgency. The managers here don't care about you. They taken on too many jobs and can't finish it.The only good thing about this company is Clint Bush! If you have a big job don't use them!!!! You were warned!!
