Brien came out today and was at my house a little after 10, approximately. He was very nice and professional. He was able to unclog my sink by dumping out the garbage disposal…Which was great, however, he didn’t take the proper steps to repair my garbage disposal; which was why I initially contacted Maynard. I can typically fix things around the house myself but was having trouble because I couldn’t locate the reset button. As soon as he left and I received my invoice, I obtained the name of the disposal. I googled ‘how to reset a whirlaway garbage disposal “ and was able to locate the reset button. I reset the garbage disposal and it’s working just fine now. I could have saved $79 if I would have known the name of the disposal….lesson learned.

I needed a professional tech to check my air quality in a newly leased apartment. I was extremely happy that Maynard was available & affordable. From the Rep to the tech, customer service was Stellar!

Technician Dan Adkins arrived on time & systematically went through diagnosing the cause of the commode blockage.
He used a plumber snake and determined the first 6 feet of the drain was not blocked and had to pull the commode out to explore further!
He used his drain camera to locate the blockage which Was about 10 feet down the drain where the pvc joined the old cast iron drain system! He proceeded to remove the blockage and reinstalled the commode clean up the area of work! It was a very professional job

Dustin came out today and was at my house before noon, fantastic. He was patient, understanding of the job needed to be done and took the time to understand what we needed. A new water heater. I’ve lived in the house for 14 years and never had to replace until today. I appreciate his hard work and timeliness.

The company is very user-friendly. I was notified when the repairman was on his way, and he did his maintenance work and informed me that they were both in good working condition and what to watch out for with my 18-year-old furnace for the future; then gave me an estimate for vent cleaning. He was pleasant and professional.

The technician Daniel showed up on time, inspected the problem and explained how to fix the problem. Quoted us a fair price and went right to work. Our plumbing was not a simple system but Daniel had the experience and knowledge to quickly and easily remove the blockage. Shortly after the problem was resolved. Highly recommended.
