Dustin is very professional! Not only did a excellent job but also shared a lot of information about plumbing issue and water heater info. Great technician and wonderful company.

Technician came out looked at the unit and told me my compressor was bad and said he was going to call later with a quote. Never called. I called another company out and they ran test compressor was good it was just low on refrigerant. And been working great ever since. Not to mention the tech drilled a screw into my lock trying to check the refrigerant but didn’t have a key.

Maynard also installed a water pressure valve. They replaced fifty-four year old pipes in the entire house.
Luke is an excellent technician.
He is trustworthy and professional. He is also a well- mannered young man who goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working properly. Everyone that helped me were awesome. Thanks.🙂

The company returned my call promptly and set up an appointment for the following day. Luke Shaw showed up and was very polite and performed the necessary work. The whole experience was hassle free and very top notch. Will definitely be calling them to service my a/c unit in the future as well.

The drain to my washing machine appeared blocked. Luke Shaw was unable to clear it . He went under my house (crawl space) and took pictures of the problem with the pipes. Explained how the problem could be fixed and the cost. He made sure I understood and answered all my questions. He cleaned up gave me his number so if I had any more questions I could call. I was very pleased with the technician and his work.

Maynard has been a very responsive company. Their technicians come promptly on the day scheduled. Maynard completed the work very professionally and in a reasonable amount of time. I have been impressed with this company‘s responsiveness and professionalism as well as with the work they have done. They take care to double check that everything was done properly and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Maynard.

My experience with Mayard was exceptional. I will absolutely call them again. There is not one thing I could complain about. They were able to come out the same day I called. Brien was professional and transparent. Clint, Dan and Patrick were scheduled and arrived 3 days later. It took them only 2.5 days to move drain lines and toilet lines for two upstairs bathrooms. Clint is very knowledgeable and I was impressed at their ability to collaborate and work together. They were communicative and professional from start to finish. This whole experience has exceeded my expectations and I will only use Maynard going forward.

They took over Watson heating and air which I had warranty (parts and labor on my unit). Technician misdiagnosed repair that wasn't covered by warranty. I paid $800 for this in which didn't fix the problem. Technician came back same day to fix the problem that was covered fully under warranty.

Maynard's web site says they repair water softener systems but when their repair man showed up he said they do not repair them but sell their own system. I wasted $79. First and last time I will ever call Maynard for anything.

They came & charged $10000 for new HVAC system installation on February this year. Stated they can’t use ours even if we buy a new one because we may buy cheap quality & they won’t do repairs if it’s ours. Well, we went with theirs & it has been issues after issues. More than 10 calls to this company. The heating system has been leaking not twice not thrice. Every time it rains there’s water leaking in the garage putting us at risk of mold. I don’t have time to be daily wiping the garage floor. I called 2weeks ago complaining of water leaking & thermostat.and they promised to send someone…..only thermostat was fixed. 2 weeks of water leaking. A lot of my stuff lying in the garage has been destroyed since the installation because of their poor services. I’m now servicing a loan for a product that’s just added pain.I’m so frustrated. Look for a better service provider

They followed up & repaired whatever was causing the problem. So far no issues. Moved from 1star to 2. Will update my review after 3 months
