Crowe Heating and Air are very professional and helpful! They replaced our upstairs unit in February 2017. Recently my downstair unit froze up. They arrived in a timely manner and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. Steve was very helpful and even educated me on how to care for the unit! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our 20+year old AC condenser had been giving us issues for about two years. Crowe Heating & Air was quick to come out every time to make minor fixes for what was needed depending on the season to save money did not try to push getting new equipment.

Finally after two years of our AC unit causing problems with the whole system we decided to replace it and the 20+yr old furnace because the temps were rising and we only had AC upstairs.

Crowe Heating & Air was able to come and install the units within 4 days. They gave us the best quote out of 3 companies and did not push expensive equipment we did not need. They had the new furnace and ac unit installed within hours. Also all of the technicians were very nice.

Although they are always busy, they are transparent and communicative. The professionalism and thorough communication is what stood out to me in terms of my experience with Crowe Heating & Air.
