Crowe Services/Heating & Air

I have used Crowe Heating & Air for service work and also for installation of a new HVAC system. They are always professional and courteous. When calling for appointments Diane is quick to respond and the Service Tech does a great job communicating what has been done. First class company that gets it right. I would highly recommend this company!

Our previous HVAC company was bought up by a large corporation, whose time line to replace a blower motor was over a week. I called Crowe’s at the recommendation of a neighbor. I was super impressed. They jumped through hoops to help us out and even overnighted the motor we needed to get us fixed by the weekend. They even put a window unit in our main living area until they were able to get the motor.

I've been using Crowe's services for over a year and couldn't be happier. Diane stays on top of things with reminders and great communication, and Jimmy is an outstanding technician and an all around good guy. I'm hard to please and highly recommend Crowe Heating & Air.

Crowe has handled my heating and air needs for approximately 15 years. I have always received excellent service. They even installed my gas logs which work great during cold weather.

I've use them for plumbing issues. Mr. Wes came right out and got the job done with no problem. Very nice and very professional about his job. If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed.

Great company and very responsive. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and air needs. When the service Technician is on the way you will receive a text message with the Technicians photo and what time they will arrive. Their employees are very friendly and curious and do excellent work. They charge a fair price for their work and don't use high pressure sales tactics like other local HVAC companies.

Chris showed up in the snow 20 minutes after I called. Quick diagnosis and part ordered. I had a service plan with another company and they wouldn’t come out for 4 days. I highly recommend Crowe and Chris!

We highly recommend Crowe Heating and Air. We had an entire new air conditioning system installed and the entire crew was very careful in covering our floors, and were so polite and helpful when going up and down in the attic and installing the outside unit as well. While we were waiting for the major installation, a Crowe staff person installed window units so that we could endure the 90 degree plus weather. They also provided a way to pay no-interest for two years. We could not ask for better service!!! Thank you!
