Excellent experience with Crowe Heating & Air. Jonathan was on time, very professional, and thoroughly explained answers to my questions. We had our water heater inspected, maintenance and cleaning performed on our fireplace, and the vent duct for our dryer cleaned. Expert maintenance for a very reasonable price.

Chris Lee was our technician and he fixed our issue very quickly. We've used this company several times and they have always been very professional and done good by us. Would highly recommend them.

Did a great job replacing my A/C. They were quick to come and quote, the quote was inline the others, and they even got me scheduled and fixed up quickly. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They have a good scheduling system, so I even got text messages with the picture of the tech coming to my house. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They installed new gas logs in my fireplace. They were very helpful on the initial contact asking for details about the insert. They were able to send someone in a timely manner. The technician was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and explained the details of the logs to me.

I just bought my house in Germantown, and had only been in it about 2 months when we got hit by the Ice storm and lost my power, and my gas logs would not work. I called Friday morning to try to schedule an appointment (lol, I know, like that was going to happen), but they were so nice and concerned and promised to have a technician out that day (shocker)! Not only were they out that day, they were there within 2 hours, and the technician said they just wanted to make sure I got some heat! He got me up and running, and made a customer for life, thank you!!!

Crowe Heating & Air are the best around. Very professional & efficient. They sent a tech right out & had my problem resolved in no time. I would highly recommend them!!!!
