I contacted the company for a diagnosis. The technician was very professional and thorough with letting us know what the problem was. He even noticed other things that we needed to get checked out that we were unaware of, but it had to be addressed by a plumber. He took his time to explain and show what was going on. Wes was very knowledgeable, and I would most definitely recommend this company to someone based upon his professionalism, how notifications were provided, and his ability to provide details with the capability to explain in lamens terms. I also loved that they are available around the clock. This was good to know for future reference for me. I have added them to my contacts. I will be giving them a call back to get the work done.

I’ve been a customer with Crow heating and air for the last 15 years. I’ve never found a more honest and trustworthy heating and air-conditioning company. They are a family run business who truly cares about their brand and the quality of their work. I have referred them to numerous people, some of these work for a second opinions. Everyone I referred them to has used their service because they just simply provide a better value and quality product.

Jay was responsive and very helpful when giving us a quote for a new AC system. He pointed out everything that should be changed and why it needed to be fixed without trying to upsell unnecessary products. All of the technicians that came out to install the system were courteous and professional, and they updated us as the work progressed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else that may need HVAC work done.

After using several different HVAC companies in town, thanks to my daughter I found the best in town. Crowe Heating & Air is honest, reliable, and their work speaks for itself. They replaced an entire heating system in my home and installed new ducts, vents, etc. so I would no longer need a sump pump and the heat would be balanced throughout my home. If you need a company you can count on call Crowe!

Finding a good HVAC company is not an easy task. After dealing with three companies either not showing up, or not returning calls, or overall poor customer service, I found Crowe Heating & Air by chance. To describe Crowe Heating, I would say they operate a perfect 3-way relay race. First Leg: My call with the Diane (I think who answered), the appointment scheduler, was my first indication I had found the right company. She was polite and explained what would happen next. Second Leg: Through my interaction with Richard, the estimator, I knew I was in good hands. He was polite and assured me they would complete the work correctly the first time. Anchor/Third Leg: Completing the installation was not an easy task, given the position and close quarters in the attic; however, Tim and crew (the installers) completed the installation and my house has never felt this cool. Their scheduling, communication, promptness, and professionalism place them in a different class of other HVAC companies. If you have HVAC needs, go to Crowe.

I haven't rated a company excellent in all catogories before but my experience with the lady I spoke to over the phone was excellent she was knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Reassured me of the products and how they worked. And I can't tell you how great the tech you sent out to help me. Greeted me with a smile and a willingness to help me with questions are concerns I had.
