Technician was fine, but I was supposed to receive a call about an estimate for a new system. I never got a call and as a result had to go with a different company.

Nick was great as always. Fixed my problem quickly, asked how my other units were performing and was in his way!

I called them out for a leak from the condensate drain being clogged at our restaurant. They came out, arrived on time and did the required cleaning as well as getting me a box of filters and installing them for me throughout the restaurant. Excellent service, very fast and pleasant.

Arrived on time and very professional. Installed a gas line and gas fireplace logs. I am very pleased with the job. They instructed me on the operation and cleaned up after themselves. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them.

We are 100% loyal to Crowe Heating and Air. They are professional, honest, friendly and reliable. 10 out 10 every time!

Replaced our vented gas fireplace with a beautiful new ventless unit, as well as two complete HVAC installations. Couldn’t be happier with the service! Pierce Cannon was a delight to work with, as was Seth, who oversaw the HVAC install. Professional, friendly, outstanding!

I was expecting the worst as Cody was inspecting my fireplace today. After he inspected and serviced the fireplace he discovered that my situation was not bad at all.
