Roy and Colby did a wonderful job resolving my plumbing issue. They were both very personable and went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was taken care of. It turned out to be a tougher job than expected, but they only charged me for what was originally quoted. They are a quality company with great people, and I highly recommend this business for plumbing and hvac service.

I have used Parton Plumbing for years. They have installed a new HVAC in my home, 2 units in my parents home, and handled maintenance in our homes and business for 5 years. The servicemen are on time, knowledgeable, and quick to complete their work. They not only fix the issue but they also teach you about what’s going on so you can better maintain your home. They even give you tips throughout the year to better maintain your systems. So cool. I won’t use anyone else!

Had an awesome experience with Patton replacing my furnace and will definitely use them in the future! Our furnace unexpectedly stopped working, and the folks who came out to service it were friendly, thorough, and clearly had a ton of knowledge about HVAC systems. They walked me through my options and the pros and cons of my options to repair or replace my furnace. When I chose to replace, they were very quickly able to give me a financial and time estimate, and it was great to immediately know what to expect.

The day-of installation went very smoothly, and they were again very thorough and showed their work through taking photos of progress, helping me get set up with a warranty, and letting me know the next steps for service. So impressed by their professionalism and knowledge, and pricing seemed fair as well! Definitely a 10/10.

We wanted to change our wood burning fireplace to gas. Although there was a capped line outside the house there was no gas in the house. Patton did a timely and professional installment of new lines outside and inside to the firebox. They were very informative of every step and our installation technician Shane, was friendly, informative, and professional.

Ladies and Gentlemen! If you are looking for a quality company that still values customer service over price gouging, look no further. Our air went out yesterday during the hottest days of the month, I called Patton after having several people recommend them. It's been a minute since I've come across a company so ready to help and eager to take care of us. Amanda in the office was my first contact and she was amazing. She worked hard and after hours, to get us taken care of as quickly as possible. Billy was out first thing this morning. It took him about an hour to find, diagnose, and repair the issue and he was so kind and personable the whole time. I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of us, he truly was here to help. In this day and age of customer "NO" service, this was the most refreshing transaction ever. I will never hesitate to jump on the bandwagon to recommend Patton to anyone and everyone needing HVAC service. ALL OTHER HVAC companies, you need to take a page out of the Patton notebook! If I could give them more stars, I would. Thank God for people that still have integrity.
