Patton Plumbing Heating and AC

I needed a new water heater and they were able to schedule me right away for the estimate. We are coming up on a holiday weekend and the technician was booked until after next Wednesday. He called the office, they shuffled some things around and three hours later I have a brand new already installed water heater (standard, not tankless). Shane was professional and I m very impressed by how everything was handled,

I had a serious plumbing issue in my master bathroom. Thankfully, my contractor recommended Patton plumbing to repair a broken pipe under my foundation. Shane and Kylan were sent out to my house. What a hard working and professional pair!
Shane was so knowledgeable, and diligent to find the source of the issue, and Kylan gave it his all in working with Shane. The job took 16 hours, and they worked with smiles on their faces. In the future, I won’t use anyone but Patton.

Very satisfied with their service. Quotes are correct and no hidden things after service is performed. They arrive on time within their scheduled time window. Service technicians take care to not damage your home in any way, and thoroughly explain everything they did and operations of any necessary equipment such as a thermostat. I would definitely refer this company to anyone needing any type of HVAC service.

Curtis was prompt and efficient. He quickly determined the cause of my shower leak and repaired it. He had to cut an access panel in the bedroom wall, & he did a nice job of making it barely noticeable underneath a table next to the wall. He is knowledgeable about plumbing issues in old homes like mine. I have always had good service from Patton, & the company is responsive during an emergency.

My water heater was leaking water in my attic, and I called Patton Plumbing and go an appointment the same day. The staff was professional and on time. I’m very pleased with the job done and I know I will chose Patton Plumbing for future repairs.

Emmitt got my AC back up and running like it should quickly and without breaking the bank. Also, he got me signed up with a reasonably priced yearly maintenance contract for my plumbing, heating, and air to hopefully catch problems before they happen.

My water heater failed on a weekend, so I used Patton’s online scheduler (required some looking for on their website), which was simple. The serviceman communicated via text before the appointment and working with their office got me a full replacement same day. I was fortunate it was in the cards, but they did a good job shuffling tasks around to squeeze me in.

Called them to install a natural gas outlet for a new grill. Guy showed up promptly, took a look, and promised me an estimate soon, maybe within the hour. Needless to say, it didn't come within the hour or in the two weeks since. My followup text & email were ignored.

I called another company, who also sent a guy out promptly. He took one look and told me I didn't need him. There was already a capped port available and I just needed to purchase a reducer so it would attach to my grill. (Finding that reducer was hard, but I appreciated his attitude.)

So what happened to the Patton guy? My guess is he either didn't know anything about gas or he decided he couldn't charge me $500 for an adapter. Dunno.

We had to have a new hot water tank installed in our home. They kept me informed throughout the process from the time we approved the job estimate until the job was completed. Every one was nice.

Curtis had to make several trips due to our changing schedule. He was always professional, polite, and accommodating. He and his helper showed up on time, got the work done efficiently, and did top quality work. We had Patton install a dishwasher, replace two toilets, fix a water pipe leak, and install a new whole house shutoff. All work was done professionally and he explained everything he did. Communication before, during, and after the work was excellent.
While I hope I never need to call a plumber again, it's comforting to know that I have someone I can trust to do the job right.
