Our technician Mark did an amazing job with diagnosing the problem and getting us back up and running. He also is sending a detailed list with options on future maintenance. His knowledge and professionalism will be the reason we will continue to use Patton Plumbing Heating & A/C.

Patton was available able to come out the next day to find and replace a busted copper water pipe in under 2 hours. With so many people having the same problem in the area due to the deep southern freeze, this company went above and beyond with respect to our time and property. Definitely recommend!!

A natural gas line was installed to accommodate the installation of a gas range. The job was completed to my satisfaction. It was a pleasure having Curtis Black & the young man accompanying him in my home.

Called Patton plumbing at 8 am this morning with a total plumbing system failure ( toilets clogged and/or overflowing, tub and washing machines bubbling up). It is now 12 noon and my problems are solved. Shane came, located the problem and fixed it. He gave me great advice on the level of plan warranty and what a warranty covers. I appreciated the quick, competent service. These guys are courteous and professional.
