Came out the next day after my call to them. Technician quickly found the problem. A part had to be ordered and came in next day and applied to heating unit same day. They are knowledgeable and courteous.

This was our second time in the last few years choosing Roger L. Newman. We called back the 2nd time we had an issue with our unit (11 years old and not purchased from them) since we had a great experience the first time we used them. Great customer service from the first phone call! The technician, RJ, was thorough and very good customer service. They had to locate a part and come back to install, this was done the very next day, and all during a Holiday week. Also spoke with the Service Manager, Ray who was very nice and helpful. All I encountered over the phone were professional. We will be purchasing their yearly maintenance service as well.

Greg came the day promised. Listened to our issues and went right to work. Cleaned our electronic filtering system and reinstalled filters the correct way after they had been in backwards for years. Also, went into attic to diagnose air flow issues in guest bedroom. Recommended a good solution and will be coming back to implement soon.
