Heater had a problem 48 hours after install. Brad was professional and early for the emergency response appointment on a Sunday. Had us up and going in 20 minutes. Installers made a few errors but Brad was excellent at detecting and correcting immediately! Will use these folks again.

Great Experience. My experience with Roger L Newman, was pleasant all the way around. I had an simple issue, fan motor was not functioning properly, so no major work needed to be done. With that being said, I called the company, the lady who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful. I explained the issue and she answered my pricing questions, which was the most direct and easy to understand pricing system (all their pricing is on their website - which was nice to be able to see beforehand). She told me she would have someone out to my house as soon as they were available, but it would be that day (called at 3:00pm from work). I was expecting it to be the next day and I would have to wait around for a tech to show up. Literally, 3 minutes after I hung up, a service tech called me and told me he was on his way to my house. This is probably not typical, but he just happened to be in the area. The tech was at my house, working on the outside unit when I got home from work. He had the fan/motor almost replaced and was running his diagnostics when I arrived. The tech knew what he was doing, answered my questions about pressure and coil temps, didn't push anything I didn't need, and was polite and respectful. Like I said, all around a pleasant experience!

I’ve been a customer of Roger L Newman for over ten years. Every technician that has come to our house has been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and on time. Everyone I’ve spoken to in the office has been easy to communicate with and very courteous and professional as well.
Because of their preventative maintenance program that we have been using, I feel like we have been able to get many more years out of an old worn out unit.
Every time we called with a problem, they responded very quickly.

Amazing! Mike Dunn was awesome! Fast and right on time. Very nice and friendly! This company was upfront and very honest to me. I had called another company here in town to replace a blower motor in my unit. They came out and told me it would be $787.00! This seemed very high to us. We called Roger Newman Co and just asked over the phone how much for the motor. They quoted us 280.00 less than the other company and was to our home within 1 hour and had our home warm again! I highly recommend Roger Newman Co to everyone I see! I will use them again and will use them for my business as well! Excellent job!

I called on Friday morning regarding my service contract. I left a message and within a few minutes, I had a call back. The employee I spoke with was wonderful! I explained what I needed and she took care of it for me. She was such a pleasant person to speak with. I would highly recommend Roger L Newman for your heating and air issues or concerns.

Greg and his team are always fair and honest. I feel like the professionalism is the best in the HVAC field and in much of the repair and replace business as a whole. They stand by their products and installed my unit like they were doing it for their own home.

My experience with Roger L. Newman was everything I expected and more. I called one morning around 9:00 to request maintenance for an air conditioning unit that was freezing up. I expected service in a day or two but was told they could have someone that afternoon. The key to the quick response was that I had turned the air conditioner off during the night and it had already thawed. Apparently, they can’t work on it if it is still frozen. A very nice professional young man performed the service and repaired the unit quickly and efficiently. I asked if he could check my second unit even though it was not part of his work order, and he did, finding it was just fine.

I’ve been using Roger Newman for 12 years and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.
