My heatpump froze up this morning the tech came out I believe he was the owner and he checked everything out and he didn’t find anything wrong and didn’t charge anything said to keep an eye on if it does it again. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate his honesty and not charging me anything. Honesty is huge in this world

When our AC was not cooling we called Roger Newman and they sent Max to diagnose the problem that same day.
Max was professional and thorough.
He found the root of the problem and following his advice we were back in business

Brad was our service tech and performed an excellent maintenance on our equipment. He was informative about what work he did and cared about cleanliness of the equipment and our home.

Called at 9:00 and they scheduled repair between 1 and 3 with repairman to call in advance. Dalton called at 10:40 and asked if he could come at 11:00. He quickly identified the problem and had it fixed in 20 minutes.

Quickly responsive, I had an issue with the fan blowing but not cool, they quickly found the issue with wiring and corrected it. In and out in under 45/60 minutes and I'm back to cool AC. I have used and I will use them again.

The installation of the HVAC unit went very well. Installers were professional and kept me informed of what was happening and asked for approval on items that concerned the appearance of the unit. However, I am very concerned that when testing the unit after install, the heat would not turn on. I've been told it is a bad control board and it will be replaced. But I am questioning the quality of this unit since there are problems on day one.

We kind of stumbled upon them after using one of the Big Dog local HVAC companies and Greg and his team are the best. Very personal and professional.

Upstairs unit was out on a holiday weekend. Was expecting a day or two delay but the repairman arrived in 6 minutes and within 20 minutes we had cold air again

Very nice young man. Explained all his services he was doing Checked Freon for us as well. Thank you for the quick fix of our a/c.
