The technician we had was Dalton!!! And he rocked it!!! Didn’t sell us anything we didn’t need!! Very knowledgeable!!! Approachable!! And professional!!

As a business owner myself in the service industry I felt very comfortable with him… I didn’t feel like I was being sold on anything!! And he spoke highly of his company and the owner!! They let me know we’re hired their right company!!

Who expects the 3yo A/C to die on the 4th of July? It was a nightmare by noon and getting hotter. Roger L Newman to the rescue: got right to work, identified the faulty part, and we were back up and cooling down in no time. Best decision to call and not wait for regular business hours.

There is nothing like the panic that one feels when water is dripping down the vent and there’s no electricity going to the thermostat. Greg Newman. arrived the next morning with tools, and proceeded to fix the problem in less than an hour. He was professional, pleasant, and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem and allay my concerns. I really was Lucky to find right away a true, hard-working, professional in an specialized area that I know must be in great demand.

They were very prompt and we’re at our house quickly. I feel like they were a good value. And they were able to help us continue to use our old heat and air unit.
