Daniels Heating & Air

We needed our gas lines inspected before selling our home and within 48 hours inspection was performed and completed. Will definitely use them again for any heat and air needs.

Our HVAC unit was making an awful sound. Daniel's came out and did a thorough check and discovered a bearing in our blower motor was bad. They made sure the part was under warranty and when bad weather was moving in, expedited our part so our heat would not go out during the cold snap. They were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I'll never use anyone else.

Daniels came out promptly (less than 24 hrs) when my air was not cutting on. It was a blown breaker. They were able to fix the issue and have the air back on in no time! They have been out to our home multiple times and are always courteous and prompt. I would recommend them to anyone.

We sure didn't expect this kind of service. Yesterday (Sunday) our
A/C stopped working. It was 95 degrees. I don't need to tell you how miserable it was. It was a terrible afternoon. We have used a big name heavily advertised company before and had semi decent service up until the last time. We refused to use that other company again. We gave Daniels a try this morning. My husband called them at 7am and spoke to a nice lady who told us she would put us on the list for today. That was a surprise that it would even be the same day. She did not know that my husband has terminal Cancer and that it would be extremely hard on him. It was 1 hour later that there was one of their tech's knocking on the door. What a wonderful surprise. He was a very nice and professional man. It took him minutes to find out that our thermostat had gone out. He actually had one on his truck. "WOW" how lucky can we be? It wasn't luck it was a great company that is prepared for anything to get the job done. After he fixed our problem he spent time with my husband and went over our A/C system to make sure there was nothing else that would happen to us. The real surprise came when my husband told me that the service charge including parts was less than
$300. We will set up an annual inspection with them and be their loyal customers from now on. I would highly recommend these folks. Do yourself a favor. And to the company I would like to extend my deepest gratitude. Thank you, Debbie.
