Lanham's A/C Service

I have used Lanham's A/C Service on two separate occasions. Once for a HVAC system issue and once for a vent repair. On both occasions I was very pleased with their staff and very fair pricing. Most importantly the repairs were done correctly and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Lanham's A/C Service and I will continue to use them for my home repair needs.

I had a good experience with them. We bought a new system for our upstairs. I saved a lot of money over Derry Berry and Hiller. I highly recommend them. The owner seems to be a stand-up guy too. They gave me a much better deal on an extended maintenance plan too. I normally would not purchase a maintenance plan, but theirs was actually fair enough that it made sense.

They were very professional. Arrived earlier than they said and was done on time. Cleaned up after installation. Made sure my gas logs were up and running after they turned the gas back on.
They made sure I knew how the system (new thermostat) worked with the app. I will use them for my annual maintenance and would recommend them.

I most definitely recommend Lanham's A/C Service. The tech that came out was extremely knowledgeable and replaced my coil under the manufacturers warranty. This was after I called another company to come out prior. That company was trying to charge me for the coil and labor, never mentioning the warranty. I will call Lanham's A/C Service anytime I need service in the future, thank you!

Lanham's A/C Service was quick to respond and cost effective. The technicians are courteous and haven't tried to upsell me at any time. The maintenance provided is as good as it gets.

Right before major Freeze our heater went out. The fan had become unscrewed and fell into the heater workings. No way to fix. They were there very quickly and replaced the entire unit. We had heat when the temperature dropped to 5 degrees. They are the BEST!

I am happy to recommend Latham Mechanical. My HVAC system needed help. They were there for me. They came out the same day and fixed the problem. It was easy to be comfortable trusting their judgement. I anticipate continuing to do business with them in the future.

I have tried several heating and air conditioning companies since I moved to Tennessee and they all failed to impress me until I found Lanham's. What a great company.
