Lanham's A/C Service

Bradley Duncan is my service tech and he is both professional and knowledgeable. Lanham is a great company for all HVAC needs.

Been using this business for approx. 4 years. Always on time. Always efficient. Always get the job done in a reasonable time frame. Brad is the best. When they service my house we always go over to my son's house and have them service his house as well.

Our furnace failed to work when the temperature dropped to an uncomfortable level. They came out the same day we called. The young man diagnosed and repaired our unit the same day. His work was excellent and he was very fair with what the cost was. We will certainly use them again should we have a need for repairs again. They were a great choice!

Lanham contracts with my ac guy to help take some calls. They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue and fixed my heat before my wife could complain about the cold. The gentleman was professional and got it fixed same day. It was covered under warranty and they took care of everything. Good experience.

You guys are awesome!!! The downstairs Hvac furnace ignition had gone out and you quickly scheduled the appointment and the tech was there right on time and the cost to me was more than reasonable. You have my business for life!

My experience with Lanham Mechanical Contractors was excellent. I had a new air conditioning system put in. There were three gentlemen that came and installed my new HVAC. They were on time very professional and courteous. They answered all my questions. The A/C worked great all summer. I would definitely use Lanham again.
