Would highly recommend using this company, they know what they are doing. Austin came in and was able figure out what was going on and was able to resolve the issue very quickly. He was a complete professional, and I barely even noticed he was working in the house. A/C is running great now. Again highly recommend Austin and this company if you are having HVAC issues.

We were having a problem with our pilot light going out repeatedly in short time frames. We contacted Key after they were recommended to us. They responded VERY promptly to check and found due to the age of the gas hot water heater there was a crack and the resulting leak was extinguishing the pilot light. They made a video in which I was able to hear the hiss sound made by the water dripping into the flame. They were back, as promised and when promised, the next day. Austin was professional, personable and didn’t leave a trace behind. Their quote was reasonable and on point. We consider ourselves fortunate to have contacted them and although we hope to not have replacement of other appliances in the near future we look forward to having them service our HVAC and highly recommend them.

I use Key Heating and cooling for all my HVAC issues. The company has changed out my main unit that was 26 yrs old and my smaller unit upstairs. Trent and his guys are all very caring and will explain what they are doing and why. They will give you options and you make the choices. I have used him instead of the company my home warranty wanted me to use due to the trust factor. His guys don’t make a mess of your house and are very thorough in cleaning up after they finish. I would highly recommend this company. I am 61 years old and plan on using Trent and his company for all HVAC NEEDS I Have in the future.

Our thermostat was blank when we got home on a Friday afternoon. We called Key. They sent someone out and took care of it same day! Definitely going to call them in the future.

Great company! Customer service was exceptional. Chasen was awesome through the whole process of getting my new HVAC split system.

I called about getting my unit repaired and they were on it quick and got my heat back on. Bill was amazing at explaining what happened with the unit and letting me know what repairs would need to be made.
