They are polite to a point.. they have a problem with admitting they are wrong though. They misdiagnosed a malfunctioning blower and charged 260 bucks to replace a part that didn’t need to be replaced and claimed “it’s fixed “ then promised to make it right if not. It worked 20 minutes and quit (tech didn’t stick around to make sure) when called about possible refund to make “it right” my girlfriend was treated very rudely. Troy stated “well I should’ve never worked on it” if that’s the case, why did you? Are you and your team not professional enough to correctly diagnose a problem and then blame it on feeling sorry for a woman. Bad business. Wouldn’t recommend
