Called multiple companies and I kept on getting appointments for fee days later.Called Jeff and he got me in right away and fixed my AC with no hassle. Great service and great work ethic. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

After being denied by a home warranty company , I was looking for someone reliable. After reading the reviews I selected Heritage and see why their reviews were so good. Jeff spent hour’s diagnosing the problem and his team of Steven and Drew fixed the wiring issue that someone else had messed up, saving us $1000’s. I won’t call anyone else but them for any future problems.

Wow!!! Jeff and his team were incredible to work with. I manage properties and I had a lot of questions about models, specs, etc. Jeff worked through it all in a kind and patient way. I needed to get a replacement system for my mother-in-law's home and Jeff was incredibly understanding and generous with the situation. Not only was Jeff wonderful to work with, but the team of guys who came to install the unit were super courteous and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Fantastic experience. Will be using them again.

On Tuesday, 8/13, lightning struck my house and I lost both of my A/C units. I called Jeff Parks at Heritage (been doing business with him for 12 yrs) and he immediately dispatched Josh out to diagnose and determine that I needed new units. Josh was very knowledgeable and very professional. My units were installed today (8/15) and I couldn't be more happier with the installation services I received from Stephan and Justin. These guys were very thorough and did a very neat job on the install. Thanks to Jeff Parks and the Heritage team for getting me back in service so quickly! I highly recommend this company.

We had company in from out of town so of course an hour or two after they arrived our upstairs HVAC unit went down. I was connected with heritage at the end of the day. Jeff noted that they would unable to get out to see what was wrong until the following day because it was late. However, when I got home from work Josh from Heritage was there working on our unit. Josh had volunteered to come out and help us even though his day was already done. Heritage went out of their way to help us when we needed it. Not only was the job done well, it was also done at a very fair price. Needless to say, Heritage gained a customer for life. Thanks Josh.

After 2+ nightmare weeks of misdiagnoses on my broken heating system with a contractor provided by my home warranty (Amazon Home Warranty), I finally convinced them to let me get a 2nd opinion with a contractor of my choice. I called Heritage directly and Jeff (I believe the owner) responded within an hour and Josh the technician was at my house the next morning. Josh was awesome and diagnosed the real problem in under 30 minutes and was out the next day with part in hand and fix done in about an hour and a half. Josh also went above and beyond in multiple conversations with my home warranty company as they tried to figure out a way to not cover the issue. I cannot thank Heritage enough for their expedient, honest, and professional response to my agony. Highly recommend them for your Heating and Air Conditioning needs!!

Heritage came highly recommended. The owner, Jeff, personally came to provide a quote. His use of technology to explain purchase and installation to us was very impressive. He provided us a very fair quote. Steven and Alex, the installation team, were incredibly unobtrusive with the installation. Working with such a professional group of people was great!

Steven came out and fixed our problem quickly. Very professional and texted to let me know he was at the house. Highly recommend for your heating and cooling needs.
