Extremely happy with our tech Josh who has a ton of knowledge in the field he works in!!! He is very kind and works extremely hard while at our house. Josh and the staff/company are very quick to act when we have issues at either the house or business. I am very thankful for that and that is why I plan to continue to use them. I would highly recommend them anytime you have issues with your a/c or heating.

We just had our second AC unit installed by Jeff's team at Heritage. The service we received first time round made Heritage and easy choice when this second unit went out. Jeff took time to walk us through what was wrong and all the options available to us to help us make an informed decision. It never felt like we were being sold, in fact, Jeff proactively suggested ways we could save money and explained the difference between the brands and models and how they differed.

The installation teams were great, they didn't mind my asking questions and were really friendly to my kids. They took care of our home (carpets, personal items, walls) and took extra steps to minimize the disruption to our family. They even put my drop ceiling back together so I wouldn't have to get my ladder back out!

Overall very pleased the service provided, the advice given, and the results we got. Highly recommend.

Jeff and his team did a great job installing three units on my home in Franklin. From selecting the right equipment through installation and post-installation follow up they all were great to work with. I'd recommend them highly.

I am beyond pleased with Heritage ! Jeff Parks runs his business with total attention and care for his customers. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is also personable. And unlike many companies these days he has integrity. I wholeheartedly trust him which is refreshing bc so many of the other local companies are always trying to upsell and /or overcharge. He came out to assess my problem same day and he was able to get my AC issue identified and resolved quickly thereafter. I will be using Heritage from now on and I highly recommend them. I am also planning to build and when I do I will definitely look to none other than Heritage for my new systems in my new home!!

My heater went out overnight and I contacted Jeff first thing in the morning. He responded immediately and I had a technician at my house within hours. Alex (tech) was courteous, explained my options and promptly fixed my problem. The expense was minimal and service was great. We have used Heritage since the early 2000's and they never disappoint!

Heritage has been our HVAC company for years and they continue to impress with every service call. Today, a Saturday, Billy came out to troubleshoot a unit that wasn’t cooling. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. And, in spite of the rain and it being a weekend, he had a very positive attitude and was a pleasure to work with. My heating went out just as the temperature dropped and Heritage Heating & Cooling LLC provided prompt, stress-free service just when I needed it. I felt Jeff and Josh to be professional, reliable and honest. My problem was a minor and easy fix in the end, and I appreciated that it was handled as such. Last month I was in need of two new HVAC units for my home. After a very strong recommendation from a friend, and reading the reviews on the Heritage web site, I decided to make the purchase from Heritage. I was pleased to do business with a family owned company and it was an added plus to be able to talk directly to Jeff the owner of the business. Jeff was great and explained every aspect of the units and the installation process. I felt this was someone who cared about, and valued my business. The installation crew of Steve and Justin were terrific. They were courteous and thoroughly professional. The installation went without a hitch, and both units are functioning perfectly. I am confident that Heritage will be there to service and maintain these units, and I give the company my highest recommendation.

Jeff (the owner) and his crew saved our bacon during this heatwave when our AC went out. Alex and Stephen did the install of the new system in the attic and outside and were friendly professionals who knocked it out of the park. Been customers for years - Heritage never disappoints.

Heritage has continued to impress me over the years! I most recently got in touch with Jeff about servicing our AC units in our home. He was able to come out the same day, even though I called late in the afternoon! He repaired both units and we are enjoying nice cold air again!
