Awesome experience. Both our downstairs and upstairs units stopped cooling with the hot weather moving in. Even though he was fully booked, Jeff was able to fit us in the same day and sent Josh over within a couple of hours after I called. Josh was very professional and friendly and was able to quickly recharge both units and get them cooling again. The price was more than reasonable and less than I've paid other companies in the past. I would highly recommend Heritage and will definitely use them for all of our heating and cooling needs in the future.

If you like quality, honesty, attention to detail, technical expertise, and most of all NOT being treated liked a number, I recommend Heritage.

I have lived in various parts of the country (the job moves me) and have been exposed to numerous Heating/Cooling outfits doing various work, giving me the ability to evaluate across the spectrum. Heritage has been the best.

You get a one-on-one conversation with an actual technician who becomes intimate with your job and scheduling needs-then makes it happen. Wow!

I recently used Heritage to install both a new AC unit and furnace. From the first call to the installation, everything was far better than I even expected after reading the previous reviews. Jeff came out the next day, and first checked to see if repairs would be the most cost-effective way to go. After realizing it would be better to replace the units, Jeff gave me 3 pricing options. When Steven and Justin came out, they were more than courteous and clearly top-flight pros in their field. Since it's been installed, the upstairs bedroom (converted from an old attic space) has had markedly better quality of air, something I wasn't even expecting. 5 stars for Jeff, Steven, Justin and Heritage! Highly recommended.

Jeff was the third contractor that we received a bid from for the services of replacing our HVAC unit and making sure our ducts were in a row. At our first meeting, I very much appreciated how deeply he dove into the diagnostics, considering short and long term goals. He pointed out issues that other companies missed, and then swiftly remedied those problems with the help of his excellent team of technicians. Jeff and his team provide excellent service and back it up with knowledge of their field of expertise. My wife and I reached out to Heritage because of their excellent reviews. Heritage did an awesome job for us! We found a water leak coming from our split unit in the attic. They prioritized us in scheduling, and communicated throughout. Alex Officer was our technician. He had a great attitude, was super helpful, and efficiently diagnosed and repaired the issue causing the leak. He even found a secondary issue and repaired that as well. We will definitely call Heritage the next time we need help!

I have been a satisfied customer of Heritage Heating & Cooling for over 16 years. Jeff and his team are very accommodating and professional, and their response time is super quick. I came home yesterday at 5:30 PM to discover that I had no AC in the house and called Jeff. He immediately responded with a text message (even though it was "after hours"), and Jeff was at my house before noon today. Can't beat their service, and their prices are great, too! Jeff values his customers and treats them well!

I strongly recommend Heritage Heating and Cooling! Jeff Parks and his team were incredibly responsive. They sent someone out to take a look at our issue in 30 minutes of my initial phone call. The team was detailed in explaining the issues and honest about my options. They worked with me on price to replace our three ton HVAC and were able to install a new system the next day. A team of four people worked quickly and efficiently and stayed to ensure everything was working properly with both my heating and cooling.

Jeff and his team are outstanding! His follow up and communication are great! They are always timely and never make you wait and are very thorough. He always thinks outside the box on any fixes that need to be done that other companies would never bring up. I highly recommend Jeff for any heating and cooling needs. I could not be happier with Heritage! We had repair work done on our furnace this week, and both the estimate and the repair process were seamless. We've dealt with 2 other HVAC companies the past few months trying to resolve the furnace issue, and both of them gave us misleading information, and recommended a course of action that would've cost of $3,000 more than the repairs Heritage performed in one hour. We were referred to Heritage by a neighbor, and they have won our loyalty. I would highly recommend them to any other homeowner in Franklin!

When our 15 year old gas pack died and we received an unsatisfactory response from another HVAC company, a relative suggested that I contact Jeff Parks at Heritage Heating & Cooling. Our call was returned in minutes and after we exchanged a few emails, we received a written proposal with a full description of the new unit, a very competitive price and warranty information.
