OneHour Heating and Air Conditioning, as well as both Cody and Matt where super helpful and reliable in diagnosing what happened to my system so that I don't have heat (30° at the time of the issue) and getting me on a plan to get a brand new system installed minus ducts. My old heating system had been poorly maintained (first time home buyer, have had the house for a little over a month) and was from the 80s, and my ac was from around the same time if not older. They were very knowledgeable, gave me a pricing difference between new install and repairs as well as time frames for both and recommended me plans based off of my needs and future plans, could not be happier and plan on doing all my future business with them!

I had a great experience with the guys that came over, they installed a whole new coil, heater, and ac unit, removed the old ones and moved the old ac unit to my shed (I wanted to keep it.) They set up my adt thermostat, tested everything to make sure it was working and just generally did an amazing job, I'm no longer freezing in my home and me and my family could not be happier. They were very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions about things and re-direct me regarding something that was out of their department, and I plan on continuing to use their service from here on out, especially as I set up a maintenance plan regarding my units!

They are great, hard working, polite, military friendly, and good people so if your looking for someone to do plumbing, electric, and hvac in Tenessee this is the place to go, sadly for my I can only use their HVAC services as their hvac guys are the only ones dual licensed for Kentucky, but out of all other options these guys are the ones I'd recommend.

Quick and efficient. Dmetry is very knowledgeable. Quick fix on 11 year old unit saved thousands and will hopefully keep it running for a few more years

My technician Darrell Repaired the problem I was having with my unit as well as explained observations he made while completing the repair that may affect the functionality of my unit in the near future. He was pleasant and straightforward completing the work quickly and restoring the function of my HVAC unit. Excellent service!

cody was on time. found the problem in 10 minutes, and even repaired a grounded wire. i am very pleased with the repair. every tech that has come here for a repair knows their stuff.
