One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Clarksville

When I woke up this morning (Saturday) the heat wasn’t working. A quick call with Brittany had us on the schedule. Our technician, Francisco, was friendly, knowledgeable, and had us up and running until the part we need will come in. We have used One Hour for years and have always had wonderful service. My mother also uses them and is equally pleased.

We needed a new air conditioner and heat pump. They were here before they said they would be. Gave us an estimate of how long it would be. Done it the time he said it would be. Great Guys. Very respectful and very nice.

My heat stopped working right before it got really cold. I called One Hour Clarksville and they sent their tech, Joel, the same day. Joel had me back up and running within 48hrs. He was professional and thorough in explaining the repairs needed. I would definitely recommend and use them again!!
