We’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company. They came out on the same day (on two occasions) to look at our AC unit. Prices are reasonable; it is worth nothing that they currently are only taking cash or check. The repair man that we’ve dealt with is wonderful; friendly and very honest.

Awful customer service. I was told by the owner of the company that I needed to use someone else because our office did not take priority (this was 3 days after my originally call to get our unit repaired). We have used them for the past 4 years due to the fact they originally put in the units for our business however being a faithful customer does not mean much to this company. They did show up after our office hours, no fair warning and left without fixing the unit.

Tech came out for my AC unit intermitently clicking on and off continuously. Troubleshot the whole system and couldnt find anything wrong or the system would start malfunctioning while they were looking at it. They didnt charge me a service charge or emergency fee and were completely friendly. Will definately make them my go to AC & Heating people!

Everyone in town I called and said they couldn’t fix my air until July I called this company and got me up and running today the people in the office was very professional and the repair guy was very professional thank you all so much
