Unfortunately, after quoting a price for HVAC work, and our paying by check in advance, and being told by Mr. Waters that he would begin the work in the next two days, he never showed up. Repeated phone calls and texts were not returned or answered. After two weeks of frustrating attempts to reach Mr. Waters, he texted that he would be unable to do the work, with no other explanation for delay in responding or why he agreed to do the work in the first place. It was extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. .

Very responsive and professional. They were able to come out same day (within a few hours) and solve the HVAC issue. Fair and reasonable prices. Definitely recommend!
