Complete Service Heat & Air

I will recommend this company to everyone I know! Great service all around; timely, honest, knowledgeable. I can’t say enough great things about Complete Service! Our AC went out in the middle of the night. I jumped on their website at 7 AM the next morning and they were here by 10 AM repairing our unit.

AC went out and we were able to have someone come out the same day. Everyone was friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again.

The repair man came the same afternoon I called. Office and tech personnel have always been very friendly and helpful and I have used them several times.

Came out on Christmas Eve for my husband and I just so we didn't have to wait a week for Hiller to come fix it because, and I quote, they "couldn't fit us in their schedule before then." Apparently, having a family freeze for a week wasn't enough of an emergency for them so a family friend recommended Complete Service Heat and Air to us. So we called the night before and they said they'd get to us as soon as they could the very next morning. Had our problem solved and fixed within 15 minutes. Something Hiller would have made us wait a week for. Would highly recommend this company if you ever have issues. They go above and beyond for their customers and actually care. Thank you so much for your help!

HVAC stopped working in midst of severe cold and winds They drove through treacherous conditions to get here 9:30 at night. Fixed what they could and left us with heaters until it could be completed the next AM. They went above and beyond to keep our family warm.

Did not follow through on services offered when our AC failed yet again after their "repairs", going on for 4 months! Offered us window units until it could be fixed, never showed up. Left voicemails, texts and still did not receive what was offered or asked for! When they called again, I asked for the same info and was told it was sent, but still was not sent the what I had asked for! I got upset at the incompetencies of the receptionist and she and another woman, who never introduced herself, began yelling at me over the speaker at the same time!
And this is not the first time I've gotten rude employees either! Guess the other reviewer was right, not what they use to be!

UPDATE: Just had a PROFESSIONAL come to check out the unit and he said that this company did NOT correctly do repairs, damaged the sensor they just installed, it has no installation around it, was covered in adhesive from metal tape that should never have been used and then taped it on with electrical tape in the wrong place! They put on connectors that never should have been there, lost all the screws for the cabinet, did poor sweat jobs on the copper which left 2 leaks of the refrigerant! And had more than likely replaced parts that never needed replacing! 👎😡

The young man called in advance, was at my home when he said he'd be there, showed me the issues with my system, fixed all of it, told me what had been updated before I bought the house. He told me what kind of filters were best for the system and why,, and he got me a senior discount, too!

Love these people! Others wanted to charge way to much! They wanted 1500 dollars to fix my AC. These guys did it for 500!! Best prices AND best service around!
