I will not spend anymore money here.... I would Not recommend them..The older lady in the back was Very rude, unprofessional..... they sold me the wrong part and when I tried to take it back they were very short and rude.

These folks go above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent customer service. The guy that fixed my heat explained what he was doing and how my heat would now fire right up, and he was spot-on. It was an after hours call, but thank goodness they showed up, they made sure my family did not suffer a cold night. This happened last winter, but I recently ran into the young man that fixed my heat and he remembered me, the least I could do is share my experience.

Batson & Phillips is the best. I have used them for over 6 years. I receive polite and immediate service. Prices are great too. No reason to go anywhere else. Great folks and easy to work with!!!

This is the first time we used this company and I can’t say enough good things about the gentleman Chad who fixed an ongoing year a half problem in one visit! He’s also the most professional young man I’ve met in Dickson! What an asset He is to Batson & Philips! Thank you Chad for all your hard work in the 100 degree weather!
