Porter Brothers is THE best service I have used in years. I have used them twice now and each project they are on time, perform quality work, and are extremely clean and considerate of the property they are on. They also explain how the equipment will respond in summer and winter so we can help maintain and protect it in the future.

Arrived about 10 minutes before appointment time and replaced dual capacitor. Was finished in about 30 minute time frame. Adam and Blake were very professional. Pricing was fair. Great service with a great customer service experience!!! Will definitely use Porter Bros. again!!!

I called Porter Brothers to fix a leak under my kitchen sink and to look at the bathtub water pressure. The receptionist is very friendly and was able to schedule the appointment for the next day. The serviceman was on time, very professional, and took the time to answer several questions I had. He even wiped off his feet on the front door mat every time he returned from outside! He had absolutely no problem going into the crawl space, whereas a previous plumber refused. I called them to return to install outdoor water faucets.

Porter Brothers was able to help us locate a septic tank when no one else could. They were on time, professional and diligent at getting the job done. Will be using them for more services. Highly recommend!

I called this morning because none of my drains were draining and they quickly came the day of and fixed my major sewer line block in 30mins!! Tim and Jeremy were friendly and professional! They are also very reasonable on pricing. Will definitely use for future issues.

My kitchen sink clogged up around 3 days ago. I tried using Max Strength Draino without any success. Then I called Porter Brothers to come out and unclog the drain, which they did. I always call Porter Brothers for my plumbing needs or heating/ac needs. They are prompt and professional, and I will continue to use them when needed.

Adam and his wife are such nice people. We called on a day that was 93⁰ and they came out within 3 hours. They installed two new units today. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. Thanks Adam, Coty, and Blake you guys are awesome!!!!

I called because the weathershield between my a/c and my house had pulled away from the house leaving a gap exposing some of the ducts. The lady who answered the phone was super polite and got someone out to me in less than 4 hours. The gentlemen who came out were very professional and personable. They leveled my a/c unit and resealed the weathershield to the house. They were efficient and didn't try to upsell or pressure for other services. They let me bring up service plans and were able to answer all of my questions. I am very pleased and absolutely recommend these lovely folks.
