A young man performed service on my house, his name was Jacob Phillipy. Well mannered and respectful. He helped me find solutions to clogged pipes. Water pressure surges, and pipe replacement options. Prominently dressed is a huge respectable feature that a lot of folks take for granted, and I think some could learn a thing or two from him. Thank you, for the service Jac, you are more than welcome to service my house again and again. Greenway has always been a part of my family, and this young man performed well. I’m sure we can all thank Brandon for the prices though! I’m not complaining I’m just sayin! Greenway is the best of the best, when it comes to Memphis heating and air/plumbing and water and HVAC cleaning and all HVAC services. Thanks Greenway and we hope to see you again Jac!

On Tuesday, 6/13/23, your technician came to my house, became, the new air conditioner system, that was put in about 3 weeks ago stopped working. When both technician came out, they left the back gate open. Therefore, my baby,(dog), Jovie Reco ,16 yrs old, got out of the backyard and got hit by a car and die. Please informed your technician always to closed the gate once they open it. This a tion cause the death of my Lapoddle, Jovie Reco.

Our garbage disposal backed up last week after dinner & MIL cleaning out refrigerator. Likely too much put through system. I tried Liquid Plumber type solution, with no luck. Husband undid pipes under sink in U-drain, and “snaked” it with 3 different tool lengths. Nothing. Called Greenway (as they had done an outdoor plumbing fix for us a few months ago). Nothing available til “tomorrow afternoon”, but took it. Called back a few hours later with an AM cancellation, and took that. Office staff very polite & actually understands the “urgency” of such issues. Cheapest Service charge out there, and both reasonable/fair in pricing, and prompt/courteous in services. Did not leave a mess behind. Even ran D/W to be sure it didn’t back up in sink after his “big gun” machine finally cleared a monstrous clog. Very grateful for Greenway- highly recommend!!

I called because a vent was not working properly. Daniel came and immediately found problem. He was on time, communicated with me and provided pictures of my problem. Recommended what needed to b done. He is an excellent employee.

Trevor was the service tech on my maintenance service today. He did a great job, very helpful, professional and I would request him anytime.

UPDATE: Second call for service, Steve was prompt, found the issue and ordered the part to be installed when it comes in. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I waited 24 hours for another plumber and never got service. I called Mr.Greenway and in an hour they were here and cleared my drains. Joe was professional and informative. Highly recommend this company!! Will definetly use them again!
