We have used Mr Greenway twice. Technicians Steve and Pablo were both fantastic! They gave us options, we’re very knowledgeable and didn’t try to pressure us for an up sell. I highly recommend! Pablo came out at 10:00 pm to fix our unit because of high call volume but didn’t complain and was extremely courteous!!!

Mister Greenway tech have always done an excellent job and today was no different, Jeremiah came out to do the 95 point plumbing inspection and was very nice and professional. He took the time to answer every question i posed, explained in plain terms and even showed me where things were that i had no idea existed. I appreciated his time and he went above and beyond even tho it was only an inspection advising of things that should b fixed in the near future. Thank you Jeremiah i know i had too many questions.

Jacob came to my house today to repair my outdoor faucet. He was amazing! The handle had fallen off and was not able to be replaced. Jacob installed an entirely new water spigot, and it works perfectly. I no longer need to use a wrench to turn it off! Yay! Jacob was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service. I was thrilled he was able to repair it the same day. Highly recommend!

I had a sewer back up in my house the technician Brian came out at midnight worked very hard to get the clogged pipe unclogged was very courteous and informative about what he was doing. He was unable to get it unclogged but went in to detail of how they could solve the problem. They will be back today to jet out the pipe . Highly recommend Mr. Greenway and Brian is a true asset to their company in Memphis

My A/C stopped working and I called Mister Greenway. I am so appreciative that they were able to see me the same day. Eric was able to able diagnosis the issue and fix it. I am so glad that I will be sleeping comfortably tonight! Thank you Eric for your great service!

Thanks to Josh from Mr. Greenway for a job well done repairing our busted water line. Had two plumbing companies come out and paid service fee for each with no results. Josh made the repair within an hour at a very reasonable cost. Again, many thanks to Greenway. Also we have a maintenance contract with Greenway and they are always on time to inspect/clean or make recommendations for repairs.

My Technician was Griffin. He was very professional, engaging and repaired my A/C in a timely manner. I give him 2 thumbs up for EXCELLENT service.

I had seen the commercials and decided to use Mr. Greenway for our air conditioner tuneup. I’m glad I did. I received a phone call letting me know that my technician was concluding a job and would contact me when he was on the way. I received my call from Larry letting me know that he was on the way. He arrived in less than thirty minutes. He introduced himself and before entering our home he and his coworker put on shoe protectors. They examined our heating unit and changed our filter for us. They went outside and gave our a/c unit a thorough cleaning. He also gave us recommendations and explained each of them. I will continue to use their services.

I loved my experience with this company. They were out within 2 hours. They replaced our water heater the following day. Said they would be there at 12 to 5. Came around 11am with a phone call. Both gentlemen, jeriamiah and in hink darius could not have been more polite and attentive to detail. I would recommend them to everyone.

Had a great experience with both Josh and Adam with Mr. Greenway. Replacement of my Garbage Disposal was quick and professional. Both Josh and Adam we very personable and informative when I asked questions. Above and beyond as well as quick. They were in and out within an hour.
