Patrick arrived on time. He was very professional and handled my clogged line. He access the problem through Q&A with me. It didn't take long to fix it either. He also took time to look at another problem and give me help advice and how to resolve problems before they happen. I definitely wanna have Patrick service our home again. Mister Greenway has my business.

Today Larry and Daniel came and performed maintenance on our AC units. They were professional, experienced and trustworthy. They gave us suggestions and even alerted us to a potential gas leak. I'm grateful to these gentlemen and will ask for them by name the next time.

Generator maintenance. Billy was awesome He is very professional yet speaks in language the average customer can understand. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions.

Our service man, Trevor, was an excellent communicator and provided detailed information. He was thorough and efficient and we will be requesting him again!

HVAC needed some love before the season, Mr Greenway called 30 minutes before arriving, was on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable of the field. My issue was a bit more than I was expecting but, handled with ease. I’m pretty sure my unit has never ran better. I’m highly impressed and will be using them as my go to HVAC plumbing company. 5/5 ⭐️

I was having a kitchen faucet problem. Jacob came to work on it. He checked it out to find the problem. He told me what options I had and I decided what I wanted. Jacob went to work on it, explaining to me what was wrong and what he was doing. Jacob was professional and knowledgable. If I have another problem I hope Jacob or someone as good as Jacob will come to take care of it.

In my initial visit, the technician and I discussed my issues, and we both presumed that my toilet leak was due to a bad wax seal. Without ever touching my toilet, he gave me a price to "fix my leak," and i agreed to pay him to do it.
30 minutes after he left, I heard my toilet running. I took the lid off and saw that the float arm was broken. Then I saw that the floor was still wet, I personally had to crawl on the floor to find where the leak was. I cut the water off.
Then I called the office and told them the tech somehow broke the float arm in my toilet bowl and that i was still leaking water on my floor. I was told that they would get back to me.
Around 7 that evening, I just had to go buy a $15 kit with a new float and replace it myself so I could use my toilet that night.
The next day, I waited till 11 am with no contact, so I called the office again. I was told the tech would be back between noon and 5.
Around 5:15, the tech called me. I told him what was going on and where my leak was actually coming from. He proceeded to tell me that was a different issue and that it would be an additional charge. I explained how, in my opinion, that he didn't diagnose the issue, fixed something that wasn't broken, and caused a different issue. Therefore, I didn't expect to pay additional money.
After calling his supervisor, he called back and agreed to come fix the leak at no additional charge. He showed up around 6 pm and was here for 15 minutes, fixed the leak, and left with no mention of the time and money I spent to fix the float arm he broke.

Mister Greenway is a top notch business. Zach was very professional and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be signing up for their VIP service.

They gave me great information in regards to the repair of my unit and went over all my options. They were not push and very informative. I would never go with another company after dealing with the staff at Mister Greeeenway!

Trevor did an AMAZING job inspecting and cleaning my HVAC system! He was very thorough in doing his job! Couldn't have asked for better service!!!!
