    Mr. Jacob Phillipy Tech Representative did an exceptional job by explaining my plumbing issues and procedures. He didn't rush in describing what takes place next, because I haven't use American Home Shield nor Greenway Services in a long. Great Tech Representative

    Don’t waste your money, time, or sanity working with this company to repair your AC. They don’t intend to do any work, but do want to take as much of your money (and sanity) as possible in the process.

    They charged me a fee to come out then gave me a grossly padded and inflated quote ($16K) for work they hadn’t even deemed as necessary in their assessment.

    When trying to drill down into what was actually needed (over multiple calls with over 10 customer service agents) their highest ranking technical manager, Mike, remained committed to the scam, quoting $850 for a condensation pump mod (available online for less than $100) as reasonable without him or his techs even looking at it.

    Needless to say, the inflated quote led the warranty company to reach out for clarity. Rather than being transparent, they tried to bypass them and upsell me a hvac system they themselves admitted was unnecessary. Furthermore, they refused to send the accurate diagnosis to AHS because they knew the most expensive parts would have to be covered and they didn’t want to lose good standing with the company that provides them so many clients. They are willing to work overtime to disenfranchise the customer in service of this relationship.

    Even after over a month of repeated calls and scheduled visits (the last of which they did not even show up for and have yet to reschedule) my AC remains broken on the hottest summer on record and repeated calls continue to end in frustration and inexplicably yet another $300 fee.

    The whole process is a scam and it should be unconscionable that a company be more committed to money than the safety of their customers during a record heat wave.

    If you are like me and have a family you need to keep alive, avoid working with this company at all costs!!

    Daniel B. Showed great customer service. He is a very friendly guy and was very knowledgeable about our HVAC system issue.
    He was able to repair it with ease. Even though we had wrongful information from the call center. The representatives need to be more knowledgeable about their company policy that was the only issue l had with pricing and company.

    Had a great experience with Jacob today, who came to do a plumbing inspection. Very professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly. Recommended several improvements, but I did not feel like I was being pressured to get anything done that was not absolutely necessary or urgent.

    Not only did he arrive and resolve my plumbing issue in a timely manner, but Jacob patiently answered all my questions about the problem and the fix, and was knowledgeable and professional throughout the appointment. By the time we shook hands at the finish, I felt 100% confident in the quality of the services Jacob had provided, and that I'd really been taken care of by Mister Greenway. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call them out again.

    The tech was great. The time frame was excellent. My issue was with the payment process and inept customer service with a follow-up call. They do not use smartphones to process credit cards so my card number was written on my invoice. Six days later it has still not been processed. I was NOT ALLOWED to speak with anyone in accounting when I called to inquire. My call was handled by a guy answering the main phone number. I have no idea what department he was in. I asked how invoices were processed & he said they were submitted at the end of the technician’s day then shredded…which means my payment should have been processed 5 days ago. Because I was DENIED the opportunity to speak with accounting, I have little confidence in the contradictory information I was given.

    We were having trouble with our new Amazon Smart Thermostat and had been without air for 24 hours when Eric came to our rescue. Within about 20 minutes he had us up and running. By bedtime we were a cool 72 degrees.

    This is a company that does not live up to the very words that come out of their mouth. The techs show up in Greenway trucks but the office people in the office say they are homesetv an affiliate and don't go by the thirty minutes promise. This company has me sitting waiting for five hour in 100 degree heat after the tech told me he was on the way. Talked to the tech at least two time and was told he was on the way. Now it's Wednesday of the next week still no air and still can't get an appointment until the following Thursday. This is bad business. Guess you can't get quality work in memphis unless you live in the collierville Germantown area. This company ought to be ashamed of their self.

    Joe came to unclog the washing machine drain, fix a leaking shower control, and rebuild two toilets. He is knowledgeable, professional, polite, cooperative, and everything I could have hoped for. The job ran into a second day and, due to him showing me price comparisons, ended up replacing the toilets at a lower price than rebuilding. Adam came with him and again I had an intelligent professional in my home. I could not be happier with the work Joe and Adam did and themselves. Thanks, Mr. Greenway!
