Two young men showed up on time, went straight to work removing old HVAC system. When removal was complete they installed the new system. I was given detailed instructions on using the Smart Thermostat. They worked appropriately 4 hours, cleaned up all debris. They sent me pictures of the unit installed in my attic, great job! I highly recommend Barrus Heating and Air! Prices can't be best!

You will not be disappointed. Bill and his crew replaced our old worn out HVAC with a new inverter system. It is so much quieter and efficient than before. Excellent service at an excellent price point. Highly Recommend!

I’ve enjoyed working with Barrus Heating & Air on multiple projects. Bill is very analytical and technical-minded; he carefully considers our building envelope and installs equipment to fit our custom, high performance homes. For example, on a 2600 square-foot house with 6 occupants, average total gas+electric utility bills are below $140/month in the summer, mostly thanks to the Mitsubishi VRF system Barrus H&A designed and installed.

I will work with them again in future projects and would gladly recommend them to anyone. They are honest and transparent, and do great work at a good price.

The communication is excellent. You know when the tech is on the way. The tech (James) explained the maintenance and repair thoroughly. I would highly recommend.

This is our second year using this company for AC/Heater maintenance. We had a few issues last year when we bought our house. They were able to get things running with minimal coats and not being forced to buy a new unit. It's refreshing.
