    I gotta say Conner (my technician) was excellent yesterday. He was very polite, punctual, and efficient. Definitely someone you feel comfortable inviting into your home. He informed me of each the status of not only the repair but also condition of my entire system. Every company could use more Conner's.

    Connor was super professional and open with his diagnosis that we had a blown blower motor in our HVAC system. He made sure to prioritize us and got us up and running in the same day as it was pretty hot in our home. We made sure to sign up for a maintenance plan so that our unit runs smoothly and extends the life of the new motor.

    Amazing experience from beginning to end! Bill (the owner) personally came out to look at my old (broken) AC and assess what would work best for my home. He sat down and explained my options to me and never tried to sell me on the biggest and most expensive ones. He gave me prices and options on the spot. When installing my AC unit, they had seen that my front glass door was hanging off of the hinges at the top, I had to go run an errand and they were gone before I returned home and they had FIXED my front door for me!! Obviously, at no charge and left me a note saying that they had put a few extra screws in it and hoped that it helped. It completely fixed it! Now that is service!! They also sent someone out to my home on a Saturday to help me set up my thermostat to wifi and showed me how to use the special extra features on it. Amazing service at an amazing price!! Recommend these guys 100%!!!

    Extremely happy with Barrus. I have had several other companies come out to service my units, but Barrus was hands down the best service and price. James was able to come out and conduct a complete diagnosis of my problem with my upstairs unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions to satisfaction. Evan was able to come out and do a top notch install of a new evaporator coil in no time. I am now a Barrus customer. Thanks guys!

    Upon recommendation from a friend with experience in the HVAC business, I called Barrus to check out our system for the summer. From appointment setting and confirmation to the appointment itself, I couldn't have been more pleased. There was no pressure, but an offer to do a twice-yearly check-up was made and I gladly took them up on it. Great folks.

    I called at 0900 and the technician was at my home by 1400. They even called and asked if he could come earlier at 1200 but I was at work and had to do 1400. He still got there early, and had it fixed in 15 minutes. Then asked me if he could change my filters for me; no charge to me. The whole experience was just refreshing. The office was so polite and accommodating over the phone, updated via email of my appointment and when the technician was on the way, and then quickly got a bill. No extra charges or surprises. Will definitely be going with them in the future.

    Our AC wasn't maintaining temperature. There was about a 5° difference. The tech said there was a freon leak and it was considerably low. I was told my entire unit needed replacing (which it will in the not so distant future). Called a different company and they said the freon wasn't low enough to mention and certainly wasn't the issue. The heating coils were stuck on and competing with the AC. So essentially I paid this company to come out and lie to me. I'm only giving 2 stars because the service tech was nice and it was only $70, which is reasonable if the were to give accurate information. My AC is now fixed and it took less than an hour and $140 with the other company.

    Technician was courteous. Problem was fixed for a few hours then started again. Called back around 2:30 pm and was advised no tech could come out that day. Now I have a full hot house with no a/c minus $100. Called the next day with no assurance that I wouldn't be billed another service fee for a tech coming back out so I decided to go with another company. I was advised that the wire that I thought was repaired wasn't. Wire was replaced by another company and a/c runs fine. Thing happen I suppose but I just don't have money to waste and I want people to stand behind there work.
