Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning- I don't write reviews very often, so when I do you know it is a company I want everyone to know about, whether they are good or they are bad. We have done business with this company for many years. Absolute Comfort is the GOLD STANDARD for all Home Service Companies! I LOVE working with them! They deliver excellent service, and quality professional installation. They are friendly, informative and honest, which has been a huge plus for us as our previous HVAC man, was very much not honest. We have had 2 furnaces and air conditioners purchased and installed by Absolute Comfort, They have also done the service on at my home and our rental home for years. Whenever I have called them they got to us in a timely manner . We interviewed many HVAC companies when we needed to replace our first unit. They were in the top for knowledge of the product and the working of HVAC systems. They explain thoroughly and answer any questions we ever have, with patience and what is best for our particular needs. They have great problem solving skills to figure out how to rectify different problems we have had over the years with our 3 systems. But, if that was not enough, they have fair and reasonable prices! I know that we got a better unit for a better price, because I could compare their quotes to the long line of other companies that quoted before them. Couldn't be more happy with them, even when I have to spend money! :-)

Robert and Donell replaced my 26 year old TRANE A/C Furnace and Condensing unit (7 hours) removing the old unit and completing the system.
They fabricated a new cylindrical supply-air plenum, with new duct connections and dampers on site, insulated and sealed it. They also provided a new internally insulated return-air plenum box and all new refrigerant piping tho the condenser.
Their pricing for this work was 25%-30% less expensive than their closest competitor ( I received 5 quotes). I am a retired Architect and I highly recommend Absolute Comfort for your HVAC work.

After an inspection of my furnace by another company I realized I would have to have it replaced. Absolute Comfort's estimate was very competitive and they patiently answered all the questions I had. We decided to replace both the furnace and AC so while it was a full day job the installers were thorough and courteous. Absolute Comfort Heating and Air did a great job from quote to installation. I requested a quote and the next business day I received a call to make an appointment to see the issues at my house. They created a quote with various option helping me understand the differences in scope and equipment quality. I chose the option that fit for my needs and my budget. They scheduled the install. A crew of two came to install the new furnace. They were polite, friendly and helpful me understanding what they were doing and helping me know the product I purchased. I highly recommend them. They deliver a quality product installed without charging you the cost the big HVAC companies take from you, and without the pressure of having to buy all the other add ons those companies try to put on you.

I recently had another great experience with Absolute Comfort. An AC unit in a rental property seized, and we had to decide whether to repair it, replace the AC unit alone, or replace to AC unit and furnace. Alex in sales and Courtland the technician were above-and-beyond-patient and helpful in walking us through the pros and cons of each of these options, in light of the age of the unit and our particular circumstances.

Courtland took the time to collect all the pertinent details in order to help with the decision. While onsite at the rental property, he called me multiple times to update me on what he had found regarding the state of the unit. He thoroughly inspected everything with honesty and integrity. Each time he found new information, he recalculated the recommended options to help us make the most advantageous decision for our unique situation. So many companies are simply churn and move on outfits. They have their ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution and just want to move on to the next customer. I particularly value and respect Absolute Comfort’s willingness to tailor their solutions to their customer’s unique needs.

Alex never pressured me one way or another. We had multiple conversations over the course of several days, and he patiently helped educate me so I could make an informed decision. I told him he should have a counselor’s hat…for all the patience and wisdom he showed walking through the many variables.

Between my own home and our rental properties, this is the third time I have bought equipment through Absolute Comfort. I am confident they give me a great price, and their service has been nothing short of spectacular- whether they come out for repairs or project work. They are timely, communicate well, respectful, and professional. The installers, Robert and Donelle, are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Once we made the decision on which solution to use, Absolute Comfort had the new units in the next day. I just love this company, and give it the highest of recommendations.

Absolute Comfort installed a new Trane heatpump for us. Alex D. was our sales person and he was knowledgable and professional in helping us select the best unit for our situation. He educated us without the pushy scare tactics other companies we contacted used and gave us a fair price. We felt confident making a choice from the options he gave us. I have nothing but the best things to say about this company! Locally owned by a family man with two small kids who pours his heart into his business. I appreciate spending my money with someone like Shawn Shive. Expedient, professional, personable and thoughtful are the words that come to mind when I think about my experience with Absolute Comfort Heating and Air. The techs are the best and the customers service is unmatched. I'll wouldn't have anyone else work on my system. Shawn is honest and advises me on what to do with my property as if it was his own. Bring your business to these folks. They work hard because they know you work hard. I rather spend my money with Absolute Comfort than with a company that will use my money to put up silly billboards.

We knew we needed to replace our furnace and wanted a Trane. I got two quotes. Alex was out within a day of our call. He was knowledgeable. He told us the system we had was oversized and we should get a 4 ton instead of 5 ton. Installation was done quickly and efficiently. Ton for ton he was over $1500 cheaper than the other quote and with the change in size, we saved over $4000.
