Incredibly responsive, caring, technician was knowledgeable and respectful to our home by wearing shoe coverings and took them off and on each time he came and went out of the house.
Our neighbors must have been having issues with their system too- the competitor company had TWO trucks there to take care of their repair (somebody’s paying for the use of two trucks!). Absolute Comfort knocked it out of the park with only ONE truck, timely and we are absolutely comfortable!

I cast a very wide net when looking for someone to replace my AC unit. Absolute was the last company that came out and they had a big hill to climb. Alex's laid back style clicked with me, I felt like he was always being frank and honest and never got the "hard sale" vibes I'd seen from others. He made it an easy choice when he also came in with a strong price and multiple options.

The installers were great, they were jovial and definitely knew their stuff. Arrived on time and knocked out the system on time and on budget, no surprises and no added expenses. They went over the system and thermostat before they left and I felt like I was armed with all the information I needed.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience, you'd be crazy to not at least let them come by and give you an estimate on your next HVAC project.

We recently had some trouble with out 13 year old HVAC system. I decided to entertain a few quotes to see if we should replace it. A few companies provided estimates but there were none better than Absolute Comfort. We were provided 3 quotes by Absolute, each for a different configuration. Alex the company sales person and HVAC engineer, spent a good deal of time going through each option including the features of each. He patiently answered all of my questions and was obviously very knowledgeable. It turns out that he quoted a price for the top of the line that was the same price as some of the quotes I received from other companies for substantially inferior configurations. He made the decision easy.

On the day of the installation, two professionals arrived and I worried that there was no way they could remove the existing unit and install the new one. They had to drop the attic stairs to get the old out. No way I thought. I was wrong!
Robert and Darnell did all of the work and had the house cooling again in 6 hours (Alex came to help with the stairs). Amazing work and they even took a short lunch! They replaced the attic stairs but unfortunately damaged some molding around the portal. If that was the worst of it, then I was satisfied. They were not done though. They took pictures of the area and sent them to the office. Absolute then sent out a trim man to repair the slight damage and followed up to insure that I was satisfied.

This experience reminded me of the "old days" when there were highly capable, professional and honest tradesmen. These guys all knew their craft and I feel extremely lucky that I made the decision to go with Absolute. Thanks Alex, Robert, Darnell, and you too Rick!

Great company to deal with. No high pressure sales tactics. Alex came over and sold his company well. They came at the agreed upon time and worked diligently on replacing my unit. I called them back a copule of days later and they were at the house within the hour. Great customer service. Fair price. Great workmanship. I highly recommend them .
