Always reliable, helpful and professional, they've solved problems with a previous install of a "ductless" HVAC, and also a motor problem we had with our main HVAC unit. They also performed a "replacement install" of a new ductless system (to replace the previous one which couldn't be fixed!), and they did it on schedule, with minimal disruption, too.
They're always prompt and courteous for maint. visits, get the job done and a bit more - - they seem to always outdo themselves every visit! We're very happy with our Maint. contract.

Expensive maintenance. $125 to come out and diagnose a problem compared to $69 to have Berkeley Heating and Air come out. (Then additional expense to have them come back and actually fix the issue.) Morelli installed our system and has been then one we called for prior service issues, but their current cost just to come out is so far above their competition, I just cannot justify using them any more.

Had to have our HVAC unit replaced after 14 years. Randy gave us a quote for several options. We upgraded our system and added a programmable thermostat with internet connection and we could use an app to change the schedule while away if we needed. John did a great job installing the system. Pricing is competitive and reasonable. We are so happy with the new system. 2nd summer with it and our home cools off faster and house gets cooler than previous system when it was new. Efficient and money-saving. Very pleased with service and value. Good family business !

I should give these guys a 4.5 . The system works great, they were timely and efficient and have no complaints. Very friendly & knowledgeable. However...people make mistakes and they did but fessed up & had someone over within the hour when i called for water coming from the ceiling. This is where the 5.0 rating stops.. The insurance company has a lot to be desired. And I do mean a lot. It has been quite an ordeal to get a solution to all of this. The insurance company made me feel like this was all my fault, trying to depreciate the carpet and its been 44 days and no check. Sentry Ins. gets a 3.. Maybe, I am just used to dealing with Sxxxx Fxxx Insurance.. I don't know but in all of my 31 years with My insurance company I have never been so "Depreciated" . With all the trouble this has put me through, they should be booting up my claim 15% for the trouble.

Wow, these guys are difficult. They are impossible to get ahold of. I can't imagine what the service would be if I had an emergency.
